Seasoned producer and director of Hong Kong advertising,                                                          Vincent Lam graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing                                Arts and went on to study at the  renowned Beijing Film Academy in 2009. He worked as a director at Hong Kong’s Cable TV and produced numerous advertisements including spots for the Hong Kong Government, Panasonic, Maxim Group, DBS Bank, Hang Seng Bank and Macau Sands Group, to name a few. With the motto #KEEPLAUGHING, there was no shortage of his #PowerOfLaugh message in his work, as his belief that the stories he creates will convey the happiness he wants in his audience. With unwavering persistence throughout his career, he was recognised for his efforts with an award in 2018.

In 2023, won the Best Film at the 41st Hong Kong Film awards with "To My Nineteen-Year-Old Self".

以座右銘#KEEPLAUGHING縱橫廣告界，作品中不乏#PowerOfLaugh的訊息，藉以影像傳達快樂，讓觀眾從中得到力量是他的信念。並一直以來的堅持，於2018年憑藉Maxim's Chinese Cuisine Savour Australia 於 The Sparks Award 2018 榮獲
